By accessing the It’s The Floral Girl website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Delivery Terms
It’s The Floral Girl is based in Atlanta, Georgia and offers hand delivery within the metro Atlanta area, including locations up to approximately two hours outside of Downtown Atlanta.
Not all zip codes may appear at checkout. If your zip code is not listed, please contact us at info@itsthefloralgirl.com or (404)-458-7070, and we will assist in coordinating your order and delivery.
Delivery fees vary based on distance.
Due to seasonal availability, the exact flowers and vase used may vary. We reserve the right to make substitutions while maintaining the overall design, aesthetic, and value of your arrangement.
Delivery & Responsibility
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.
It’s The Floral Girl is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Arrangements left unattended after delivery
If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement will be left in a safe location at the delivery address. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
Re-delivery is not guaranteed. If re-delivery is available, a minimum fee of $65 will apply.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to submission.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, we are unable to offer refunds or redelivery.
Order Timing
Same-day orders are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated if confirmed in advance via email or phone.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and scheduled for delivery within 48 hours.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders must be canceled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of fulfillment.
Floral Design & Variations
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that floral arrangements are custom, seasonal designs.
Our Designer’s Choice approach allows for creative flexibility, and substitutions may be made based on availability. All substitutions will be made with intention, ensuring the overall look, feel, and value of the arrangement is preserved.
Flower Life Expectancy
Fresh flowers are perishable and their lifespan varies by type and care.
Most arrangements will last approximately up to 7 days, though some delicate blooms may have a shorter vase life, while hardier varieties may last longer with proper care.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@itsthefloralgirl.com or (404)-458-7070, including photos of the issue.
We will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.
In the event of a verified issue (such as damaged product upon arrival), we may offer a replacement or partial store credit at our discretion.
